FUTURE-FOCUSED LIFE AND WEIGHT COACHING FOR FEMALES OVER 60.

PUT YOURSELF FIRST.

If you are somewhere between the ages of 60 and 90, congratulations and welcome!

After a lifetime of putting everyone else's needs before our own, we deserve to be the number one priority in our own lives. It's the only way we can become the women we were always meant to be.

If you're here, you're ready, and in the perfect place.

The special women I work with are typically challenged with unique issues related to aging. They express concerns about appearance, cognition, healthy longevity, and their overall physical and mental health. Most also report having at least 20 pounds of excess fat (often much more) and are ready to reach and maintain their natural size.

Complicated by the aging process and even after losing and regaining the same 10 to 50+ pounds repeatedly, these women are wise enough to know there is a way to grow older while living the strong and healthy life they deserve. And that’s exactly what they do.

Your magnificent life begins now.

DON’T LOOK BACK. YOU’RE NOT GOING THAT WAY.

REALITY AT-A-GLANCE.

I know you sincerely want to live your life as a smaller, stronger, and healthier version of you. You are not alone.

  • The diet industry had another record-breaking year just prior to the Pandemic. Total combined and reported revenues? Only $78 Billion.
  • One would think that this much money would provide us with the results we are after, but it is doing the opposite. Today, three out of every four women our age are overweight and half of us are considered obese or morbidly obese.

We have become so desperate for solutions to our weight issues that we keep throwing money at programs that do not work. If they did, 75 percent of us would not be overweight.

We can do better.

STRAIGHT TALK.

Being overweight or obese compared to being at a normal or healthy weight puts us at an increased risk for many serious diseases and health conditions.

Because we are surrounded by other overweight people every day, it can be hard to take these risks as seriously as we should – especially since most obesity-related issues can now be treated.

We have even been able to expect that we will be living longer – until new data came out this year.

I don’t believe scare tactics work to motivate behavior change. Your reasons for wanting to lose weight must be your own. On the other hand, I want you to be informed. Read “Why Weight?” to learn more.

Being at a normal, healthy weight comes with benefits.

MOVE FORWARD.

The only way to overcome inertia is to make up your mind, make a move, and keep on moving in the right direction without backing up.

It's harder than it sounds.

If you are thinking you can resolve your weight problems on your own, you might want to reconsider. If going it alone was such a great idea, you would be living the dream already.

This coaching practice teaches women how to live life in a way that removes the burdens of food and excess weight permanently.

What we teach promises results. To help with program enhancement and delivery, I wanted to make sure there was another very smart brain by my side.

With a bit of luck and great timing, Chris Boyer (my son) has joined our team. A recent Master’s in Counseling graduate, Chris is using his academic expertise and work experiences to complement and support everything we do.

WORK WITH ME.

Do not try this at home OR alone.

After tackling countless weight-loss programs on my own, I know first-hand how difficult the process can be. It also doesn't help to try to hide every attempt you make from your family and close friends.

Hiring a coach doesn't make the challenge a walk-in-the-park, but if you do the work, I promise you will see results.

Choosing to work with a coach was what made the difference for me. With the processes, encouragement, and support received, I lost 70 pounds of weight (both physical and mental) that I had been trying to hide. (I also lost the CPAP machine, the blood pressure pills, and the low self-esteem.)

Reaching your natural body weight is significantly beneficial to your overall health and well-being. To serve as a reminder, we created a summary of many of the benefits that are waiting and ready when you are.
